All those holes and more needed to be dimpled into the HS skins. Kathy was able to do most of them by herself. There are usually some that you need someone to hold the piece while you dimple. She held the piece while I dimpled those few holes for her.

One thing that I should comment on about the holes in the skins. They are prepunched to size and I have read other that say they are ready to dimple and go. In my experience they are not. I have found that all the prepunched skins need deburring of the holes, at least on one side. The skins edges are also typically rough.

This is not unexpected to me but I think some people may just be taking the sheet and dimpling. This is not a good practice as the non deburred edge of the dimpled hole will develop small cracks during the dimpling process. The instructions say to clean up the edges but make no mention of deburring the holes.
