With all the ribs attached, the rear spar and doubler plates are all clecoed in place for final drilling.

After they are drilled, removed and deburred the doublers are all partially riveted to the rear spar.

In picture number three you see the large doublers that make up the rear spar fuselage attach point.  There is a hole at the end of the piece that needs to be final sized with a reamer on a drill press to make it straight and a tight fit hole.  I don’t have any pictures of the process but I clamped it to my drill press and the other end reached the table and was clamped and supported there.

The hole came out fine even though I had some issues with the drill press.
