With the side skin on, there are a lot of details that can be finished off.  There are some more wires to run as well as the rudder cables. The static lines also get run at this time.

The second pictures show the rudder cable guide in place on the inside of the skin. I also finished installing all of the nut plates and attached the access cover panel.

I set the whole assembly on the floor as I worked to get the top skins ready for installation. It is very light, and even though a little awkward to carry it is an easy one person job to move it at this point.
