Time to put the canopy on the frame. To start, you cut a supplied piece of wood that is the correct thickness into four pieces and clamp the frame in place with a piece of wood backing up every clamp. With the canopy frame locked, you position the canopy per Van’s instructions. In picture four you can just make out some paper under the front edge of the canopy. This is a template that shows where the front is supposed to fit. At this point there has been no trimming and it was very close to final position.
