The first picture shows the upper most rib riveted in place. Kathy worked with me some by cleaning up the next batch of parts for the horizontal stabilizer while I worked on riveting the skins to the rudder spar. All of these rivets could be reached with a 3” yoke, but just barely. The last two pictures show my setup for this step.
