The first picture shows the glue all mixed and ready to apply. The second picture shows one of the ribs in place before closing out the trim tab. It went alright and I learned a lot about how the stuff works and feels to apply. This is important not only because I have to do the remaining eight foam ribs I made, but I also have to make the fuel tanks, large structures that use this material as a sealant on all the mating surfaces. This application is only baby steps.
      After the trim tab is all closed up you place a weight on the skins over the foam ribs and allow the material to cure for 48 hours. The finished trim tab is shown in the last image.
