You have to do some assembly in order to match drill the hinge brackets. You locate and drill pilot holes on one piece and then with the flap assembled you match drill the corresponding hole.
Like the aileron and rudder, the flaps use the triangular wedge trailing edge piece. However, the stock pieces aren’t long enough so you have to cut a small second segment for each flap.
