I quickly made up the battery box shown in the first picture. It will eventually be attached to the right side of the firewall at the location on the opposite side of the two adjacent clecoes in the second pictures.
The last two pictures show the back riveting technique I used to do the firewall flush rivets. I use my old Sonex bucking bar in a wood jig that keeps it from moving. Since the bucking bar is several inches high I have to support the rest of the firewall with stacks of wood while riveting.
