After all the setup work, we are finally started.  I say we because Kathy will be helping. I think she is a little intimidated but she is looking forward to getting the plane in the air.  To help her, I bought the little tool box practice kit that Van’s sells so that we could put it together and she could practice on non-airpane parts.

She has drilled holes, deburred them, cleaned up edges, riveted and bucked.  Working together, we found that it was easier for her to use the rivet gun than to buck rivets, so I think that is how we will mostly work. This little project is mostly done but there are still a few things to finish.
