The left elevator goes through the same steps as the right, forward spar assembly, counterweight rib assembly and inboard rib assembly with the control arm. Then attach the rear spar to the skin and rib halves. There are two differences. Because of the cutout for the trim tab, you have access to the rear spar to use the squeezer on the rivets. You also attach the hinge to the skin and spar.
