Including mixing and clean up, each baffle install took three hours. There was no extra time for pictures so the process is not documented.  These pictures show the rear baffle area after installing the baffle and the mounting z brackets. I just followed the steps in the manual and it seems to have worked out OK.
      The tanks are now curing so they haven’t been tested yet, but I feel pretty confident they will be sealed tight. We shall see.

      In the meantime, I went ahead and colored them in as completed on my airplane progress indicator. Worst case is some rework.
