The second picture shows a wooden doll that I used to keep the wired in the same place as I would measure and cut each one. I would take the wire and lay it down the center of the template and then bend it over at the correct spot and trim the wire.

Picture three shows the crimp/solder station I set up in the plane. These connectors are not like the fast on crimps and while I thought the crimps were good, I decided I would solder them as well. It took very little extra time and they all look and feel great.

The last picture shows them after they have all been inserted into the correct spots.
