The Homestretch!

The spinner needed to have several locations marked on it and then some interior sanding followed by a thin coating of epoxy resin in the marked areas to allow for nice smooth contact with the spinner fore and aft plates.

Then using a template, the two cut out pieces are further cut back to make the pieces of the spinner that sit behind the prop. The piece is being fitted in the third picture. The last picture shows all the holes drilled and the spinner held in position.
