The horizontal and vertical stabilizer tips all need fiberglass work. That is shown in these next pictures. When fitting them I noticed that they naturally flatten and extend outward so that they are narrower than the elevator tips and a extend outboard further.  By pushing on them I saw they took on the shape of the elevator tip.

To make them hold that shape, I made balsa wood inserts that gave them the desired shape. I epoxied them in and roughly sanded them to the correct shape.
